November Tour and Presentation @ IADOT location in Grimes, IA

Have you ever wondered how the Iowa Department of Transportation prepares their workers for the unique safety hazards they face on a daily basis?

Find out as you join the ASSP Hawkeye Chapter for a FREE tour and presentation at the Iowa Department of Transportation Grimes, IA location.

They’ll have a light pole set up in their training area for us, a snow plow simulator, and we might even get a chance to learn more about those high-tensile cable wire barricades along the highways (and the unique hazards they pose for first responders who are dealing with vehicle accidents).

Note: No meal is included in this tour, so you are encouraged to grab an early lunch before you come (or a late lunch afterwards)
